Pro AV Solutions Joins South Australian Business Chamber to Celebrate International Women’s Day

Pro AV Solutions was proud to support the 2026 International Women’s Day Business Luncheon hosted by the South Australian Business Chamber in Adelaide.
Held at the Adelaide Convention Centre on 6 March, the event brought together more than 500 leaders from across South Australia’s business community to recognise the achievements of women and discuss progress toward greater equity in the workplace.
The luncheon aligned with UN Women Australia’s 2026 theme, Balance the Scales, encouraging organisations to reflect on how workplaces can create fairer opportunities and stronger representation across industries.

An Afternoon of Insight and Reflection
The program featured a series of presentations and discussions that explored leadership, resilience and the evolving role of women in business and public service.
Keynote speaker Dr Susan Neuhaus AM CSC delivered a powerful address reflecting on her experience serving in the Australian Army. She shared insights from her career and spoke about leadership, resilience and the importance of continuing to create opportunities for women across organisations and industries.
The keynote was followed by a panel discussion featuring Vicky Whiffin, Rosina Di Maria and Emma Gilbert. Each speaker shared personal and professional perspectives from their careers, highlighting both the challenges and the progress experienced by women across different sectors.
Their conversation provided a candid look at the realities of leadership, perseverance and the impact of strong role models in shaping the next generation of professionals.
Supporting Conversations That Drive Change
“International Women’s Day is an important moment to recognise the leadership, talent and impact of women across our industry and the broader business community,” said Kylee Naglost, Co-CEO of Pro AV Solutions. “Events like this create space for meaningful conversations and for organisations to reflect on how we continue building more inclusive workplaces.”
Supporting events such as the South Australian Business Chamber luncheon reflects Pro AV Solutions’ broader commitment to strengthening representation and opportunity within the audiovisual industry. The company recently launched its Women in AV platform, an initiative designed to highlight the experiences, achievements and career pathways of women working across the sector.
The platform aims to create greater visibility for women in AV and encourage more inclusive industry conversations. You can read more about the initiative in our article on the Women in AV platform.
The event also provided an opportunity for professionals across industries to connect, share experiences and continue the conversation about how businesses can support more balanced and inclusive leadership.
