Pro AV Solutions has been recognised at the Inavate APAC Awards 2026, winning the Connected Spaces category for its work with IAG on a major workplace technology upgrade programme.

The award recognises the delivery of IAG’s Microsoft Teams Rooms programme across 305 rooms, 28 offices and four countries: Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines and India.

The project was also recognised beyond the Connected Meeting Spaces category, with IAG named End User of the Year at the awards. This additional recognition highlights IAG’s leadership in approaching workplace technology as a strategic platform for collaboration, supportability and long-term workplace experience.

Delivered over 16 months, the programme moved IAG’s meeting spaces to a more consistent, reliable and supportable collaboration experience. It replaced legacy room systems, introduced defined room standards and created a familiar Microsoft Teams Rooms workflow across a complex workplace estate.

A connected workplace programme at scale

The project was designed to make meeting rooms easier to use, easier to support and more consistent for IAG’s people, regardless of location.

Pro AV Solutions worked closely with IAG to deliver a standardised approach across small, medium and large meeting rooms, while also supporting specialist spaces including the Executive Boardroom at Darling Park and the Hurstville Major Event Command Centre.

The programme included Logitech, Crestron, Q-SYS, Shure and Samsung technologies, with remote monitoring supported through tools including Logi Select, Crestron XiO and Microsoft Teams Pro Portal.

We needed to ensure that our people felt empowered to walk into a meeting room and trust the technology to work, with minimal training and intervention required, said Pujan Doshi-Dowsett, Product Manager (Workplace Technology Experience) at IAG.

Delivered through partnership

For Pro AV Solutions, the Connected Spaces win reflects the importance of combining technical delivery with workplace strategy, programme management and long-term support.

The project required a consistent user experience across multiple geographies, room types and live workplace environments, while allowing specialist spaces to be designed around specific business needs.

“This project is a strong example of what connected workplace technology should deliver at enterprise scale,” said Matt Mitchell, Pro AV Solutions. “The goal was to create a more consistent, reliable and supportable meeting experience for IAG’s people, while giving the business the flexibility to support specialist environments where they mattered most.”

The Inavate APAC Awards celebrate excellence in audiovisual design, integration and innovation across the Asia-Pacific region. Winning the Connected Spaces category reinforces Pro AV Solutions’ position as a trusted workplace technology partner for organisations delivering complex, multi-site collaboration environments.

Built on programme management and ongoing support

A key part of the project’s success was the way it was managed across multiple locations, room types and active workplaces.

Pro AV Solutions supported IAG with dedicated programme management, coordinating delivery across sites, project teams, technology standards and live workplace environments. This helped maintain consistency across the rollout while reducing disruption to IAG’s day-to-day operations.

The partnership also extended beyond deployment. Through Pro AV Solutions’ AV Care managed services model, embedded technicians continue to support IAG onsite, helping manage room performance, respond to issues and maintain a reliable user experience across the estate.

For IAG, the outcome is a workplace technology environment that better supports how people meet, collaborate and respond as one organisation.

In the end, we are now at a point where the technology in the meeting rooms actually meets the needs of the business we set out for them to achieve, and that is a great result, said Pujan Doshi-Dowsett.
