Pro AV Solutions to Bring 100 Team Members to Integrate 2026
Pro AV Solutions will return to Integrate 2026 from 2 – 4 September at ICC Sydney, with around 100 team members from across Australia attending the three-day event. Representatives from across sales, engineering, projects, client services and leadership will be on the ground throughout the week, meeting with customers, consultants and technology partners and seeing the latest developments across the AV industry.
Integrate brings together the ANZ AV community each year, with more than 120 suppliers represented across the show floor in 2026.
Pro AV Solutions Innovation Lounge
Pro AV Solutions will once again have a dedicated space upstairs at ICC Sydney, with the Pro AV Solutions Innovation Lounge located in Room E3.5. The room will provide a base for our team throughout Integrate, as well as a space for customer and partner meetings and a number of sessions taking place across the three days.
Our team will also be out across the exhibition floor, meeting with technology partners and joining a series of organised stand tours to get a closer look at new products, platforms and developments being introduced at the show.
Bringing Our Industry Together
Integrate is one of the few times each year when so many of our customers, consultants, partners and team members are in the same place. On Wednesday evening, Pro AV Solutions will host its annual Integrate Cocktail Party at CIRQ Rooftop, Crown Sydney, bringing together guests from across the industry after the first day of the show.
The evening will also include our 2026 Partner of the Year Awards, recognising the partners and individuals who have made a significant contribution to Pro AV Solutions and our customers over the past year.

On Wednesday 2 September at 11:00 am, Thomas Lynch will join Intelligent Spaces: AI, Data & the Future of AV Experiences. On Thursday 3 September at 10:00 am, Michael Mead will take part in AV as a Service (AVaaS): From CapEx to Continuous Experience, followed by Marc Silver at 12:00 pm for Designing the Future with Networked AV. Later that afternoon at 3:00 pm, Kylee Naglost will join the AVIXA Women’s Council Forum – Give to Gain: Why Inclusive Leadership Is a Growth Strategy.
