AI-driven tools in Microsoft Teams such as intelligent meeting summaries and real-time language translation, are streamlining workflows and making meetings more inclusive and efficient. The office environment needs to seamlessly facilitate teamwork and when things feel hard, technology doesn’t work properly, and people can’t access the spaces they need then employees start to ask themselves why they came to the office. For me, a magnetic workplace that draws people back to the office is one where things just work, where using technology is frictionless and where remote and in-office employees can collaborate effectively. If an organisation wants to see employees in the office then investing in the right Hybrid Work technology is the critical first step to creating an engaging and productive environment that will draw people back in.
