Voices from across our Team

Kylee Naglost
CEO

I began my career in the AV industry in 1987, at a time when diversity, particularly gender diversity, was barely visible. Over the years, I’ve seen the industry evolve and grow into a space where collaboration, capability and contribution matter more than titles or stereotypes.

What has always driven me is building environments where people feel respected, supported and confident to lead with authenticity.

Throughout my journey, I’ve been fortunate to learn from strong role models who encouraged me to stay true to my values and focus on creating meaningful opportunities for others.

That support shaped how I lead today and how I hope we continue building workplaces where individuals are evaluated by their skills, ideas and impact.

What keeps me passionate about this industry is seeing teams grow together. When inclusion becomes part of everyday culture rather than a statement, it strengthens how we innovate, how we work, and how we create a path forward that is wider and more accessible for the next generation.

My experience in the AV industry has been fun, challenging and incredibly rewarding. Working in business support has allowed me to see how projects come together from different perspectives, and how strong communication and relationships play a big role in delivering successful outcomes.

Every day feels different, and there is always something new to learn.

One of the things I value most about AV is how it brings people together. Whether supporting teams behind the scenes or helping coordinate projects, I’ve seen how collaboration and flexibility create a more inclusive environment where everyone can contribute in their own way.

The industry is evolving quickly, and that creates exciting opportunities to grow and make an impact.

Being part of a space that encourages new ideas, diverse thinking and continuous learning is what makes the journey both meaningful and motivating for me.

Anna Aubusson
Solution Architect

I found my way into the AV industry in 2011 and quickly realised it was the perfect mix of technical problem-solving and creative design.

With a background in audio and acoustics, I’ve always loved the engineering side, but what really excites me is designing complete AV experiences, where sound, vision and user interaction all come together seamlessly.

After time in consultancy, I’m now back in integration focusing on design and engineering, which means I get to obsess over the details on paper and then watch it all come to life on site.

What keeps me here is the variety – every space is different, every client has a new challenge, and there’s always a smarter way to design something.

There’s something pretty satisfying about creating systems that feel intuitive and effortless, even though you know how much critical thinking went into making them that way.
