Case Study – Primary Health Networks (PHNs)



Primary Health Networks is an independent organisation funded by the Australian government, which intend to improve health care by making it more efficient and effective throughout Australia.

Their Mascot office relocation was an opportunity to beneficially fit out the spaces with media rooms, enabling communication with the same consistency using interface across all spaces.

Pro AV Solutions were engaged by PHN to deliver a

simple, impressive and seamless office fit-out, along with interior design company Apex Executive Interiors.

The key objective was ensuring standardisation across all rooms and turn the office into an activity-based working environment with a focus on collaboration. The client also required rooms that work with ease, without the hassle of having multiple devices or unnecessary tools on the table.

The project completion was successfully delivered by our team, in spite of a very tight schedule.



Pro AV Solutions worked in partnership with Crestron Electronics, providing the product which encompassed all of the client’s requirements.

The space consisted of seven small to medium meeting rooms, one boardroom and one training space. The training space is a joinable training space, meaning that this space could be utilised as two separate rooms or combined in a joinable one.

Video conferencing was deployed in all rooms, using Zoom for video conference and internal communications, and fitted out

with Crestron Mercury to enable the video conference and ensure standardisation across all spaces.

The client previously lacked any visibility as to room availability, so the implementation of room booking throughout the rooms was crucial to this project. Crestron Room Occupancy Flex was installed, providing BC indication with room booking sign that enables to easily check room occupancy.

Pro AV solutions focused on standardisation and simplicity and these were achieved in the outcome of this project.
