Pro AV Solutions offer a comprehensive service program, AVCARE™. AVCARE is our National support team with flexible service agreements to keep your system running at peak performance.
Our AVCARE service programs can be tailored to your business offering pay as you go service, preventative maintenance, through to our comprehensive Priority Service Level Agreements, tailored to meet the needs of
every customer to truly protect your investment now and well into the future.
Our specifically designed online customers’ services portal allows our customers to log service issues, track the live status, and view upcoming and previous service tickets. This ensures your professional AV and UC solutions are in good hands, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Service Desk.
Pro AV Solutions has state based and National helpdesks utilising the AVCARE portal. The helpdesk provides first, second and third line support.
SLA & Maintenance Contracts.
Pro AV Solutions provide a consultative approach to offering maintenance and support, our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are tailored to both the needs of the business and the requirements of the equipment.
Video Conferencing Helpdesks.
Technical issues relating to video conferencing can be discussed ‘in person’ by contacting Pro AV Solutions dedicated video conferencing helpdesk.
Australia-wide Engineers.
Engineers are based throughout Australia, providing planned and reactive maintenance cover so that we can respond to service calls in a timely and efficient manner.
On-Site Technicians.
Pro AV Solutions has a considerable investment within the people working within its Managed Outsource team, most of which are based at clients’ sites providing immediate first line technical support and concierge services.
Management Reporting.
Our sophisticated service software (AVCARE) allows us to record details of all equipment covered under a maintenance contract. Management information can be provided on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Equipment Repair.
To ensure minimum fuss for our clients, Pro AV Solutions has a number of qualified bench engineers who are able to repair all items of equipment, right down to component level.
