Pro AV Solutions open a new office and take on the A.C.T

Pro AV Solutions would like to announce to staff and selected partners the addition of a new office and team in A.C.T. Canberra which adds to our National and Global coverage, providing us with the ability to better service and support our existing and new clients in our nation’s capital.

The new office will be led by  Steven Benson as General Manager and Steve Miles as Operations Director who both come with years of experience and industry knowledge. Pro AV Solutions warmly welcomes them to our team and are very excited to see what the future brings with this new opportunity. We truly believe that this new expansion will empower and improve Pro AV Solution’s national suite of AV, communications and collaboration capabilities at a localised level in Canberra, particularly for University, Corporate Government and in the longer term Defence projects.

“As a necessity, we have been servicing ACT from NSW which could never provide the same level of support that local people on the ground, with local knowledge can provide” says Anthony Jeffcoat, Managing Director of Pro AV Solutions (NSW/ACT). “We’ve been wanting to open an ACT branch for some time but we needed the right people involved. People that want to be part of and believe in our core value proposition component, being quality and excellence. I’m really excited to have Stephen Miles and Steven Benson join our team and look forward to growing our ACT branch with them.”

 

Steven Benson, General Manager is excited about expanding our National presence and servicing the Canberra region. “Having local service and support is immensely valuable from turnaround times of support to working closely with our clients on new engagements and giving them the correct advice on what is needed for their work environment, all of this from our combined 30 years of industry knowledge,” he said. “This in turn will enable greater support for our national clients.”

 

“I’m looking forward to building a close-knit team who are both trusted by their clients and each other,” Steven Miles, Operations Director said. “ We want to build a workplace that reflects the culture Pro AV Solutions is known for and is an attractive and healthy place to work.”

The new office can be located at Level 2, Bonner House West, 7 Neptune Street Woden ACT 2606.
