Pro AV Solutions are thrilled to announce that we are a finalist for the prestigious AV Awards recognising the top products, projects, integrators and individuals from around the globe.
The project for the University of South Australia’s Cancer Research Institute is one of eight finalists for the coveted Education Project of the Year.
The Cancer Research Institute includes lecture theatre facilities, interactive teaching spaces, transparent LED displays, Universal Gallery, Huddle Spaces, meeting rooms, boardroom facilities, and Australia’s very first Science On A Sphere interactive display.
As the centrepiece to the project, we integrated the Science On A Sphere interactive experience, the first of it’s kind in Australia, with only a handful integrated around the world. The Sphere features a 360 degree projection mapped 1.7m diameter suspended globe, capable of displaying unlimited libraries of sphere mapped ‘data-sets’ – including planetary, climatic, meteorological and topographical displays.
Along with Pro AV Solution’s nomination for an AV Award, the Global Presence Alliance (GPA) is also a finalist in the Global Integrator of the Year category. This is such a huge achievement for the GPA and as the sole Australian member of the GPA, this nomination reflects the hard work and dedication of our team, supporting our members and clients to the highest standards globally.
