Introduction

Eligibility
a. Entrants must be residents of Australia and at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
b. Employees of Pro AV Solutions and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

Giveaway Period

b. Entries submitted before or after the specified period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

b. Each person is entitled to one entry per giveaway unless otherwise stated.

Prizes
a. The prize(s) will be described in the giveaway announcement.
b. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winner Selection and Notification
a. Winner(s) will be selected randomly or by a method specified in the giveaway announcement.
b. Winner(s) will be notified via the social media platform used for the giveaway within seven (7) days of the draw.
c. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, Pro AV Solutions reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

Privacy
a. Participants agree that personal information submitted with an entry may be used by Pro AV Solutions for marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Pro AV Solutions’ privacy policy.

Liability
a. Pro AV Solutions is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants as a result of the giveaway or a prize.

General
a. Pro AV Solutions reserves the right to cancel the giveaway or amend these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or any other event outside of Pro AV Solutions’ control.
b. The decision of Pro AV Solutions in all matters relating to the giveaway is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
