Kylee Naglost
Managing Director
Kylee joined Pro AV Solutions in 1993 and started our IT distribution division. In a very short time, Kylee established us as one of the leading distributors of IT products in South Australia.
In 1996 Kylee was promoted to role of Operations Manager. It was her responsibility to ensure efficient operation of day-to-day activities such as purchasing, sales order management, invoicing, stock control and financial reporting.
As the company continued to expand, we moved to our current location in Stepney in 2005, which coincided with Kylee's appointment as General Manager.
In June 2006, Kylee was appointed Managing Director by the board of Directors. Since her appointment to this position, Pro AV Solutions has achieved significant growth, both in terms of sales and staff. More specifically, sales have increased by almost 50% since her appointment and the number of staff has grown from 21 to 37 (as at Nov 2010).
In her role as Managing Director, Kylee is responsible for all operational aspects as well the strategic direction of Pro AV Solutions. She has ensured the continued investment in infrastructure, training and marketing, which has resulted in the company achieving solid growth every year since 2006.
