About us
Pro AV Solutions is an independently South Australian owned and operated business. Based in Adelaide, we commenced operations in 1987, and since then have established ourselves as the leading Audio Visual Systems Integrator and Professional Video dealer in South Australia.
Initially we were known as Electronic Concepts and located at George Street, Thebarton. As the business grew and became more diversified, we joined a national group of Sony Broadcast and Professional dealers know as "AV Central - Sony Premium Dealer Network". This lead to us changing our name to AV Central South Australia in 2003.
Further growth and expansion meant we had outgrown our George Street premises and in 2005 we moved to our current location at 41 Magill Road, Stepney. This location provided the business with significantly more space for office, retail and warehousing operations. The prime location also presented us with the opportunity to open a sophisticated showroom to service our Video Production and Home Technology customers.
Pro AV Solutions employs almost 40 staff, all of whom are based at our Magill Road premises.
New Identity
As the business continued to prosper, it became evident that we needed to analyse our identity and brand name. As such, in 2010 the company's directors decided to change the trading name from AV Central South Australia to 'Pro AV Solutions' in order to better represent who we are and what we do. (It is important to note that throughout this process the company continues to be independently owned and operated).
We believe 'Pro AV Solutions' is unique in South Australia, projects a professional image and encapsulates our full service and product offering.

Navigate Group
In 2008, Pro AV Solutions was invited to join the Navigate Group, a select group of Australia's leading AV professionals formed as a national partnership. With in excess of 160 staff nationally, Navigate members are able to combine resources to win nation audio visual projects and tenders and provide clients the best possible service in the industry..
